We found a great old video on an introduction to firearms and posted it on our YouTube channel. It was produced by the Federal Law Enforcement Firearms Training Center back in the earlier 90s.
Now some of this stuff is a bit dated but most is still applicable these days. It provides an overview of basic procedures for the safe and effective use of revolvers. Covers stance, grip, and trigger control. Demonstrates proper alignment of sights, loading and unloading, and how to safely uncock a standard revolver.
It has a couple cool tricks like how to find your dominant eye, how to uncock and others. Check out the video, it is interesting even if you don’t have a revolver. Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
